Day 11: Tue 7 Jun - Budapest

Slept in till 0600 this morning so the long days must have caught up with us. Headed off to the fresh food markets this morning. Immaculately clean and great produce, clothes, linen etc and very nice local treats.   Then tried to buy tickets to the Parliament House tour but they had sold out. So instead, we did a tour of the opera house and finished that with a mini opera. What a stunning building, so much marble, red carpet and gold leaf. Very hard to get tickets to shows apparently as opera here is so popular.

Tomorrow morning we are back in the saddle heading east. Will the blokes with GPSs keep up on track?   It's always good for a laugh; and you often come across the most interesting places when temporarily misplaced.
